CPA Advisory Group Observing Safe Practices During COVID-19 Health Crisis

Still Here to Serve Your Needs

We at the CPA Advisory Group hope that you and your family are well. We have continued to monitor and react to this unprecedented situation over the past several months, to continue to meet your needs in a fully safe manner.

Our primary goal remains to provide awesome service to our clients and do so in the safest manner possible, both for our clients and our team. Know that we will be here for you through these uncertain times to handle your tax and accounting needs.

Face masks are no longer required in our office, however, according to the current guidelines issued by the State of Ohio, those who are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 should consider wearing a face mask. We also offer options in lieu of traditional in-office meetings, as needed.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office, and we are keeping the office sanitized with frequent cleanings, in accordance with all health guidelines.

Options to Traditional In-Office Meetings Offered

We have several great options to continue to do business virtually, including meeting via phone or video calls, and sending/receiving your documents electronically rather than requiring the exchange of paper copies at our office. Please consider one of these alternative options for information exchange:

  • Our secure online client portal: If you’re not already registered for our 24/7 secure online portal, please email our office to be set up, at info@cpaagi.com. Registered users can login at cpaagi.com, at the Client Portal Login.
  • Our secure file exchange: This is also located on the homepage of our website cpaagi.com, through the Sharefile Link. This will allow you to send documents securely. Please do not use non-encrypted email to send documents with sensitive information.
  • U.S. Mail also is a great option in lieu of coming to our physical office.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have relative to your financial and tax situation.
