Special Notice to Clients —
Based on the Stay-at-home order of Ohio Governor DeWine on Sunday, March 22, we will undergo some changes.
Accounting services are considered an essential service under the proclamation. We agree. We know many of you will need refunds and financial counseling for your personal life and your businesses. We will continue to be on the front line for you. That will not change.
Starting today, we will not be able to have meetings in person due to the social distancing rules. We will still meet by phone or by webcam using a technology called Zoom. We will be contacting you to see if you want to keep the same appointment time.
We would recommend that you take advantage of our new portal where you can upload all documents securely to us before the meeting. We can also return all information by the portal and mail any remaining items. You can also attach documents through our share file link which
includes our sister firm KM&M here:
https://kmmcpas.sharefile.com/r-r3070abc59964b918
On a case-by-case basis, where you need to come in to drop off or pick up something, please call in advance to make special arrangements. Of course, if you have a fever, been in contact with a suspected corona virus individual or feel sick, please do not venture out. Under all circumstances, we will enforce the social distancing rules of the proclamation:
- Maintain a 6-foot distance.
- We will maintain sanitizing products for everyone’s use.
Please check this website (cpaagi.com) periodically for updates on hours and changes. We are adding the share file link to the website soon.
Your physical and financial health and our team’s health are our chief concerns.
